An Urban Renewal Project Along Herzliya’s Main Artery
Weizmann Complex 2 in Herzeliya is part of a broader urban renewal plan comprising seven complexes in the area, located along HaRav Kook Boulevard - the city’s central axis connecting the urban core to the coastline. Ashtrom Engineering & Construction has commenced the development of a residential complex with six buildings of varying heights, ranging from 7 to 24 stories.
Together, the buildings will offer 392 residential units in a variety of sizes and specifications, constructed above a four-level underground parking garage. The façades will be clad with Dekton using a dry-hanging system. At street level, a curved commercial frontage will be created along Ben Sarok Street, designed to serve as the main entrance gateway to the entire complex.
A key challenge for the project lies in its location along Herzliya’s main artery, within a dynamic urban setting. Construction will therefore be carefully managed with ongoing attention to surrounding residents, traffic, and pedestrian movement at all times.
Developed for Azorim, the project is currently in the shoring and basement excavation stage, with completion and occupancy expected in 2030.
