5 Residential Buildings Offering Long-Term Rental Apartments
Currently under construction on Mota Gur Street in Ramat Gan, this new residential community will include five 7- to 10-story buildings, constructed above a ground-level commercial floor, along with a two-floor underground parking facility. A daycare center will also be built adjacent to the complex. Occupancy is scheduled for 2028.
To streamline the construction process, the buildings will be clad using either prefabricated or the Acro-Wall method. As the buildings are relatively low-rise, the field teams will carry out the structural work in stages. In parallel, infrastructure and development work will progress throughout the neighborhood.
As part of the construction process, excavation work was completed to a depth of 40 meters, followed by the construction of two underground parking levels covering a total area of approximately 8,300 square meters. The parking facilities will include 143 spaces for residents and an additional 19 spaces designated for the commercial areas of the complex.
As with all its projects, Ashtrom Engineering and Construction will ensure the highest standards of construction safety, precise logistical planning, rigorous quality control, and maximum flexibility—beginning with the structural framework of all buildings, through the installation of electromechanical systems in each apartment, and continuing through to finishing work and the development of surrounding green spaces.
