Construction with Industrialized Elements

The State Comptroller's House is part of a 21-story office tower located on AaArb’aa  Street in Tel Aviv, built above a commercial ground floor and a five-level underground parking lot. Covering a total area of 20,000 sqm, each office floor spans 800 sqm.

The construction of the tower integrated industrialized elements, including architectural facades and a large screen wall on the southern side. The project also involved demolition, landfill, and excavation works. Throughout the construction process, Ashtrom Construction emphasized construction safety, meticulous logistical planning, comprehensive management, and rigorous quality control, from the infrastructure and skeleton phases to the installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing works, and landscaping.
