Construction of an Office Complex in Israel’s Next Metropolis
Located at the centre of the 1,000-Complex, 5 prestigious office buildings will be erected setting a new standard for green construction in Israel. Two of the buildings, 7 and 9 storeys high and covering a 53,000 sq.m. area, are to serve as the central headquarters campus for the Phoenix Ltd. The buildings are being constructed over an underground car park with an area of about 92,000 sq.m.
Ashtrom is in charge of the entire construction process - starting with excavation, shoring and foundation works, via frame and waterproofing, aluminium and screen wall installation, up to the installation of electromechanical systems, and finishing works, including equipment and furniture.
At the peak of the activities, 11 operational cranes were involved. Simultaneously with the construction, development is underway for the next phase, which will include commercial, leisure, recreation, and educational facilities.
