Orsher Ashdod

The logistics center, initiated by Orsher, spans a total area of 30,000 sqm. The center will include a 3-story structure with an area of approx. 10,000 sqm. The structural design is under the responsibility of the "Giora Cnafo" firm. 

Ashcrete contracted with Sharonim, the structural contractor, in order to optimally design and manufacture all precast elements, so they fit the project's schedule and even lead to a shortened timeline. Ashcrete designed, via the company's design department, and executed all the main structural elements in the building, including: 

• 4,750 sqm hollow core slabs 

•  2,700 cubic meters prestressed precast beams 

•  350 cubic meters prestressed planks 

•  1,000 cubic meters reinforced concrete precast columns 

•  1,000 sqm exposed concrete walls with high-quality finish in battery mold production 

All elements were manufactured in the factory and transported to the site, a fact that enabled the streamlining of the construction process and working times.
