The hotel complex, spanning 5.6 dunams, includes five distinct structures—a 9-story building with 206 rooms and luxury suites, two historic preservation buildings with 20 rooms each, and two luxury apartment blocks. In total, the hotel offers 243 guestrooms, including 23 suites, alongside a dining room, spa, gym, indoor pool, rooftop pool on the tenth floor, conference and event spaces, parking facilities, and public areas.
Part of the hotel is a designated historic building, requiring construction to combine modern techniques with intricate preservation processes. This approach honors the unique character of the area, blending seamlessly with the historic urban landscape.
