Demolition and Rebuilding of Residential Neighbourhood    

NEO BaGivaa is an urban renewal project that involved the demolition of residential buildings in the heart of an urban area and the reconstruction of five luxury towers. These towers offer 402 housing units and span an area of approximately 24,000 sq.m.

In the first phase of the NEO BaGivaa project, two buildings with 144 housing units were constructed, followed by three more buildings in the second phase. Construction took place in a densely populated area, with strict adherence to safety requirements, careful scheduling of working hours, and noise reduction measures to minimize disruption to local residents.

Throughout all stages of construction, Ashtrom Construction maintains safety, precise logistical planning, and strict quality control to ensure maximum flexibility. The company manages the entire process—from excavation and pile drilling to the installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing works, and landscaping the surrounding green areas.
