Prefab Neighborhood Construction
The "HaParsa" Neighborhood in Migdal HaEmek was developed in the 1990s to support northern settlement expansion and accommodate the influx of immigrants from the former Soviet Union. Built in two phases, the first phase included 70 housing units in two-story buildings, while the second phase added 92 two-family cottages.
The construction of the neighborhood utilized prefabricated industrialized elements, produced off-site and assembled on location. This method ensured a high level of finish and precision while adhering to tight schedules. Advanced construction technologies were employed, specifically suited to the building patterns typical of low-rise residential developments.
