The Largest Residential Complex for Long-Term Rental in Jerusalem

The Kiryat Yuval complex in Jerusalem features four 20-story towers with 528 housing units in various sizes and specifications. Three towers offer apartments for long-term rent, while one is designated for apartments for sale. The towers are built atop a commercial and office floor and share a 5-level underground parking lot. The total built area is approximately 42,190 sqm, with 6,000 sqm allocated for commercial space and 27,353 sqm for parking.

The construction process of the Kiryat Yuval complex was particularly complex due to the unique topography of the area and the logistical challenges posed by its proximity to an active community center. The project was executed using the Barnowitz method and involved the use of six cranes.

Throughout the construction process, Ashtrom Construction emphasized safety, detailed logistical planning, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility. This includes everything from framing the buildings and installing electro-mechanical systems, to completing the finishing works and developing the surrounding green spaces.
