3 Spiral Towers in the Heart of Tel Aviv

Scheduled for completion in 2026, this prestigious project includes three residential towers—two at 40 stories and one at 37 stories—comprising 453 apartments of various sizes. The complex features a 3-level underground car park with 1,620 spaces, along with a pool, gym, spa, therapy rooms, and multi-purpose halls for residents. The surrounding areas will include ecological pools, running and cycling tracks, playgrounds, and a dog park.

The Kikar HaMedina Towers present several engineering challenges: complex foundation work involving 3 rafts restrained by piles, a frame structure with a spiral core created by a sliding mold, and a 24-segment peripheral system around the apartments and façades to enable aluminum and finishing works. The project is located in the heart of a busy urban area, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to residents, drivers, and pedestrians.

Throughout the construction process, Ashtrom Construction emphasizes safety, detailed logistical planning, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility. This includes everything from framing the buildings and installing electro-mechanical systems, to completing the finishing works and developing the surrounding green spaces.
