Project Information

Hod HaSharon Hi-Tech Park is a gated complex of five towers with a built-up area of 70,000 sq.m, each having its own splendid, inviting lobby. For the benefit of the tenants and their employees, we created vast green expanses, and Hod HaSharon Ecological Park, which is adjacent to the complex, contributes to it. We offer the tenants an underground car park, an overground car park and a diverse variety of top restaurants, sports center, a synagogue, and other amenities. Ashtrom Properties is acting to improve the property, and just recently, the main lobby underwent a thorough facelift.

We seek to bring to the center well-regarded bio-pharma brands and companies, drug companies and leading high-tech companies, such as Sony. It is important for us that the tenants and their employees and visitors will benefit from advanced infrastructure and a special, pleasant work environment. This is evident in the buildings themselves, which contain expansive spans that let plenty of natural lights enter the entire floor, together with smart climate control systems. Ashtrom Properties seek to integrate unique architectural design with a broad service envelope, which encourages long-term contracts with tenants and lead to a high demand among tenants who seek to expand their operations – as well as from new companies who wish to rent. This high demand led us to planning an expansion of the complex beyond the existing towers for more offices and retail spaces.
