A Long-Term Rental Residential Complex in the Heart of Bnei Brak
The project, spanning approximately 4,000 sqm near HaLehi Street in Bnei Brak, will feature five 10-story residential buildings comprising a total of 248 apartments, all designated for long-term rental periods of up to 10 years.
Designed by Gordon Architects, the project offers a wide range of apartment sizes and specifications, ranging from 73 sqm to 113 sqm., providing flexible living solutions tailored to different needs.
Each building includes a residents’ lounge and a fitness room, while the ground floor features a commercial level. A shared parking facility has been developed adjacent to the buildings, and two daycare centers have been integrated within the complex, creating a complete and convenient living environment.
Extensive use has been made of precast elements manufactured at the Ashcrete plant and assembled on-site with speed and efficiency, enabling shorter construction timelines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
