Construction of Two Residential Towers on Tight Schedules
The "Halomot" residential complex in Rosh Ha'Ayin comprises two 23-story towers with 212 housing units, built over two underground parking basements.
Constructed using the Baranovich method—where steel molds are replicated floor by floor—the technique enabled efficient and rapid exterior cladding, ideal for tall, uniform structures. The project was completed on a tight schedule, with two cranes per building speeding up the construction process.
At every stage, Ashtrom Construction focused on safety, detailed logistical planning, and strict quality control, managing everything from infrastructure and skeleton building to the installation of electro-mechanical systems, finishing work, and landscaping the surrounding green areas.
