Construction of Two Residential Towers on Tight Schedules
The "Halomot" residential complex in Rosh Ha'Hain consists of two 23-story towers, featuring 212 housing units. The towers were built above two underground parking basements.
The complex was constructed using the Baranovich method, where steel molds are installed and replicated floor by floor. This technique, ideal for tall buildings with uniform structures, allows for efficient and fast exterior cladding. Ashtrom Construction completed the project on an extremely tight schedule, utilizing two cranes per building to accelerate construction.
At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritized safety, meticulous logistical planning, and strict quality control. From laying the infrastructure and building the skeleton to planning and logistics, installing electro-mechanical systems in each apartment, completing the finishing work, and landscaping the surrounding green areas, every detail was carefully managed.
