Efficient Construction Using Prefabricated Elements

The Ono in the Park residential project in Kiryat Ono currently being developed includes 2 separate complexes with 4 buildings rising to a height of 11-14 storeys with 236 housing units and a pair of two-level car parks over a 12,000 sq.m. area. 

During the construction process, use was made of a broad envelope of industrialised elements produced at the Ashcrete plant and speedily and efficiently mounted at the building site. 

Raw materials were supplied by Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries - high quality concrete by the Israbeton company, Ashkalit blocks, cement, plaster and paint products from BG Bond, and flooring works performed by the Zahavi Atzmon company. Throughout all stages of construction Ashtrom pays attention to building safety, meticulous logistic planning and tight quality control.
