58-Floor Residential Tower in the Heart of the City

The Exchange project includes a 58-storey high prestigious residential tower with 355 housing units of different sizes to a variety of specifications, and 5 underground parking levels.  

Construction of the Exchange Tower serves as an example of optimum synergy between the use of industrial elements on site, aluminum works, moving core moulds by climber platforms, moving the security room moulds and concrete with the aid of a static pump and a climbing placement arm, and lifting frame and finishing materials using a special crane. Construction proceeds in the heart of an urban area dictating extra care and consideration towards the residents, drivers and passers-by in the area throughout working hours, morning, noon and night.
