Students’ Accommodation Complex in the Capital of the Negev 

The research and doctoral students’ accomodation complex at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is located close to the university and includes 129 furnished and equipped housing units for the students and their families.

The complex contains two buildings, each rising 5 floors, with two protected spaces on each floor, 2-3 rooms apartments,  and 61 parking spaces.

Ashtrom Construction has carried out all phases of the planning and construction - starting from the demolition, shoring and excavation works, via the installation of electromechanical systems - up to the finishing works, as well as  environmental development. The entire structure has been built in compliance with the rules for accessibility and green building.
