Two Office Buildings in the Heart of a New Business District

Ashtrom Jerusalem is constructing two office buildings in Rosh HaAyin's new business district, located at the heart of the Psagot Afek neighborhood. The project is part of a large-scale development by Ayala Agam, comprising eight office, commercial, and employment complexes.

The two buildings are being constructed on Lots 701 and 702, with a total built-up area of approximately 28,000 m². The project includes two basement levels featuring an underground parking garage spanning approximately 10,267 m² with 264 parking spaces, as well as a 3,000 m² commercial floor.

Each building comprises five office floors and a rooftop level. Office floors in the first building span approximately 1,400 m² each, with the building accommodating approximately 107 office units. In the second building, office floors span approximately 1,260 m² each, and the building will include approximately 106 office units. The buildings will feature stone façades combined with aluminum cladding, while the project also includes approximately 4,300 m² of landscaped outdoor development.

Ashtrom Jerusalem has started the piling and foundation works. The project also showcases the synergy within the Ashtrom Group: Ashkret will supply precast hollow-core concrete slabs manufactured at its production facility, while Israbeton will provide the ready-mix concrete for the project.
