42-Storey Office Tower in the Heart of the City 

The Alon Towers complex contains two office towers each with 42 storeys rising to a height of about 163 metres. On the ground floor a commercial centre is situated including shops, restaurants and cafés, over a 6-level parking basement accommodating 2,200 vehicles.

In the construction of the office towers use was made of advanced green technologies and stringent specifications, while paying attention to energy saving by means of radiation filtration and the installation of economical light fixtures. In the building process innovative use was made for the first time of self-climbing cranes adapted for construction in a congested urban area and a unique set of moulds. Construction proceeded with high efficiency owing to the use of an innovative control system in all matters concerning scheduling and budgets.
