This residential complex includes two 18-story buildings with 256 housing units of various sizes and specifications, along with a two-level underground parking area spanning 12,000 sq.m.
The buildings are part of a closed residential neighborhood, constructed using the Baranovich method and innovative crystalline waterproofing. The parking levels feature industrialized elements, including prestressed slab ceilings. Ashtrom maintained high standards of safety, precise logistical planning, and strict quality control at every construction stage.
